3. Product Information & Our Collections

We pour love into curating our collections—from Fit & Flare Dresses and Graphic Tees to statement Earrings. However, please note:

• Display & Descriptions: We strive for accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations in color, texture, or fit may occur due to device screens or handmade details. Product availability is not guaranteed.
• Jewelry as Final Sale: All items from our Jewelry, Earrings, and Necklaces categories are final sale for hygiene reasons. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective (see Section 7).
• Personal Styling: Our product suggestions are for inspiration only. You are responsible for selecting items that suit your personal style and needs.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You agree to provide valid payment details. Your payment is processed at the time of order placement. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

Eligibility & Window

You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.

Process

1. Initiate: Start via our online Returns Portal or email [email protected] within the 15-day window.
2. Prepare: Pack items securely, ideally in original packaging. For footwear (Flats, Heels), use the original shoe box.
3. Ship: Use the return label we provide (cost may be deducted from refund) or your own carrier. Ship only to our authorized returns center.
4. Await Processing: We process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may then take 3-10 business days to post the funds.

Important Refund Details

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If a provided return label was used, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of nature, carrier delays, supply chain issues).
